It is easy to understand why any couple would want to get married in beautiful Virginia Beach and I have had the pleasure of photographing numerous destination weddings here. Because of the travel often required for family and friends to attend, some have been more intimate ceremonies with smaller groups in attendance. However, that was certainly not the case with Ashley and Jared’s destination wedding!
With both families traveling from New York and with friends arriving from all over, the Old Donation Episcopal Church in Virginia Beach was literally full on wedding day. At the conclusion of the ceremony, the wedding guests then joined Ashley and Jared in celebrating their marriage at the reception at the historic Cavalier Hotel on the oceanfront. What a truly magical wedding day!
